从西宁出发沿G6京藏高速至龙羊峡，该峡谷为黄河上游最为险峻的峡谷，龙羊峡水电站建成于1989年，是中国首座百万千瓦级水电站。前往黄河源头第一县的玛多县，海拔升至4200米，途经巴颜喀拉山北麓。

Depart Xining via the G6 Beijing–Lhasa Expressway to Longyangxia Gorge, the most dramatic gorge along the upper reaches of the Yellow River. Built in 1989, the Longyangxia Hydropower Station was China’s first million-kilowatt-level hydroelectric plant. Continue to Madoi County, known as the first county at the source of the Yellow River. The altitude rises to 4,200 meters, passing along the northern foothills of the Bayan Har Mountains.

三江源纪念碑立于通天河畔，标记长江、黄河、澜沧江的分水岭。新寨嘛呢石堆始建于1715年，现存约25亿块刻经石板。结古寺建于1398年，寺院依山而建，可以俯瞰玉树全景。结古寺属萨迦派，是九世班禅却吉尼玛圆寂的地方。

The Sanjiangyuan Monument stands beside the Tongtian River and marks the watershed of the Yangtze, Yellow, and Lancang rivers. The Xinzhai Mani Stone Mound, founded in 1715, now contains about 2.5 billion inscribed stone tablets. Jiegu Monastery, established in 1398 and built along the mountainside, offers panoramic views of Yushu. It belongs to the Sakya sect and is the place where the Ninth Panchen Lama, Choekyi Nyima, entered nirvana.

玉树市是历史上唐蕃古道重镇。参观始建于唐代的文成公主庙，触摸唐代汉藏和亲的历史印记。阿育王塔塔身白色，金顶，据传供奉有释迦牟尼佛舍利。夜宿囊谦县。囊谦历史上是茶马古道重镇，处于唐蕃古道文化影响范围内。

Yushu was a key post on the ancient Tang-Tubo trade route. Visit the Princess Wencheng Temple, founded during the Tang Dynasty, a testament to the historical Han-Tibetan marriage alliance. The white Ashoka Stupa with its golden roof is said to enshrine a relic of Shakyamuni Buddha. Overnight in Nangqian, once a vital town on the Tea Horse Road and influenced by Tang-Tubo culture.

镶嵌在奇峰怪崖上的尕(gǎ)尔寺属直贡噶举派。传说公元700多年前，莲花生大师曾在此修行。镇寺之宝是一个奇特的转经轮，传说为文成公主进藏时带的嫁妆。类乌齐县平均海拔4500米，是茶马古道北线要冲。

Ga’er Monastery, nestled among dramatic cliffs, belongs to the Drikung Kagyu sect. Legend has it that Guru Rinpoche meditated here over 1,300 years ago. Its treasured prayer wheel is said to have been part of Princess Wencheng’s dowry. Leiwuqi County, with an average altitude of 4,500 meters, was a strategic post on the northern route of the Tea Horse Road.

海拔最高的「空中佛國」 的孜珠寺，屹立懸崖3000年。“孜珠”意为六座山峰。该寺在海拔4800米左右，是西藏海拔最高及苯教最古老的寺院之一。丁青县地处怒江上游，地质构造属班公湖-怒江缝合带。

Zizhu Monastery, known as the “Sky City of Buddhism,” has stood on cliffs for 3,000 years. “Zizhu” means “Six Peaks.” At around 4,800 meters altitude, it is one of the highest and oldest Bon monasteries in Tibet. Dingqing County lies along the upper Nu River, situated within the Bangong-Nujiang suture zone.

焫(ruò)茸冰川属海洋性冰川，冰舌末端海拔4520米。布加冰川由5条悬冰川组成，最大落差超2000米。随后前往布加雪山南坡的足学会冰川，坡戈冰川，扎嘎冰川。入住索县。

Ruorong Glacier is a maritime glacier, with its terminus at 4,520 meters. The Buga Glacier consists of five hanging glaciers with a vertical drop exceeding 2,000 meters. Continue to explore additional glaciers on the southern slope of Buga Snow Mountain, including the Zuxuehui, Poge, and Zhaga glaciers. Overnight in Sog.

翻过海拔5300的康庆拉山。一路雪山群、草甸、河流应有竟有。萨普神山的主峰海拔6996米。萨普不只是雪山，也是神山圣湖和冰川的集合，是青藏高原最令人震撼的自然奇观之一。傍晚前往萨普冰川湖边，静待晚霞到来，拍摄冰川雪山晚霞。

Cross the 5,280-meter-high Kangchim La Mountain. En-route, see snow-capped peaks, alpine meadows, and rivers. Mount Sepu Kangri rises to 6,996 meters and combines sacred peaks, glacial lakes, and snowfields — one of the most breathtaking natural wonders on the Tibetan Plateau. In the evening, arrive at the glacial lake beneath Mount Sepu Kangri to capture the sunset glow on the snowy peaks.

清晨待第一抹阳光照在神山之上，拍摄日照金山。达木寺骷髅墙现存300余具头骨，是西藏现存少有的露天骷髅墙。达木寺所在地，历史上是天葬台集中地，骷髅墙最初用于存放天葬后的头骨。骷髅墙绝非“猎奇景点”，而是藏传佛教“向死而生”哲学的物质载体。

At dawn, photograph the golden light illuminating the sacred mountain. Visit Dam Monastery’s Skull Wall constructed with over 300 skulls. Historically, the area was a sky burial site, and the wall originally served as a place to store skulls from these rituals. It is not a spectacle of the macabre, but a material reflection of Tibetan Buddhism’s philosophical embrace of mortality.

驶过广袤的藏北草原。途径蓬措，湛蓝湖面与天空交融，湖畔牧民的黑色牦牛帐篷点缀着苍茫大地。抵达班戈县时，高原落日将雪山染成赤金。

Travel through the vast Northern Tibetan Grasslands. Pass by Pengcuo Lake, where deep blue waters reflect the sky, and yak-hair tents of nomads dot the landscape. Arrive in Baingoin County at sunset as the golden light bathes the snowy peaks.

从班戈出发，一路都是大草原和藏族村落。途径美丽的蓝色湖泊巴木措，名气不大但风景一样美。接着来到西藏三大圣湖之一的纳木措，湖水湛蓝，对面就是雄伟的雪山。返程走青藏线，能看到草原上成群的牛羊和青藏铁路。在念青唐古拉观景台停留后，傍晚到达拉萨。

Depart Baingoin along a route flanked by grasslands and Tibetan villages. Stop by Bamucuo Lake, a lesser-known but beautiful blue lake. Then visit Namtso, one of Tibet’s three holy lakes, whose turquoise waters are set against towering snow mountains. Return via the Qinghai-Tibet Highway, where you'll see herds of yaks and sheep and the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. Pause at the Nyenchen Tanglha Viewing Platform before arriving in Lhasa by evening.

始建于7世纪的达拉宫，曾是达赖喇嘛的冬宫，融合藏族建筑艺术与宗教象征。随后前往大昭寺，这座佛教圣地供奉释迦牟尼等身佛，至今是藏民的朝圣中心。下午体验藏香制作，了解其在藏传佛教仪式中的独特用途与文化意。

Visit the Potala Palace, built in the 7th century, which served as the Dalai Lama’s winter residence and embodies both Tibetan architectural mastery and spiritual symbolism. Then explore Jokhang Temple, which enshrines a life-sized statue of Shakyamuni and remains the spiritual heart for Tibetan pilgrims. Join an incense workshop to learn about traditional Tibetan incense and its religious significance.

参观哲蚌寺，这座始建于15世纪的寺庙曾是藏传佛教格鲁派最大的寺院，也是一度容纳万人僧众的学术重镇。前往色拉寺，观看著名的僧人辩经。这是格鲁派独特的学习方式，通过激烈的问答加深对佛法的理解。八廓街自由活动。

Visit Drepung Monastery, founded in the 15th century, once the largest monastery of the Gelug school with tens of thousands of monks. In the afternoon, visit Sera Monastery to witness the famed monastic debates — a lively and rigorous form of Buddhist study. Free time at Barkhor Street afterward.

搭内陆班机返回西宁。西宁转机返回吉隆坡。

Board domestic flight back to Xining. From Xining, board overnight flight back to Kuala Lumpur

凌晨抵达吉隆坡，结束行程。
